Major International Multi-Discipline Management and Engineering Consultancy. The Bristol office is experiencing a high workload in &pound;Multi-million commercial, residential and industrial building structures projects. This company is extremely highly rated as an employer and solution provider. <br/>

The Opportunity <br/>
As a Senior Structural Engineer you will project manage and design building structures developments from conception to completion. You will develop client business relationships and provide consulting services, always displaying professionalism and acting in the interests of the client. There will be a hands-on design element to the role, producing design calculations for structures in steel, concrete, timber and masonry to British Standards. You will also delegate design work to more junior engineers and CAD technicians, and act as a mentor to your colleagues, leading a dedicated structures team- you will run your own jobs and be responsible for project delivery, with support from the Directors. This is an excellent opportunity for a Structural Engineer looking to employ their skills, challenge themselves, and progress their careers to senior management level. <br/>

Your Skills, Qualities and Achievements <br/>
You are like to be close to achieving, or already have achieved Chartered Engineer status with either the ICE or IStructE. Must have proven skills in structural engineering design in all materials to British Standards on building structures projects. Knowledge of major (&pound;10Million+) commercial, residential and industrial building projects would be beneficial. You will also have proven design project management skills with the ability to communicate your ideas strongly and clearly, to technical and non-technical individuals. An ability and desire to sell the organisation's consulting services would also be an advantage. <br/>
