We are recruiting on behalf of one of the South West fasting growing developers. The company were formed in 2004, and have offices located in the heart of city. Over the last four years they have gained an excellent reputation across the industry for their work on a number of high end residential and commercial projects, This has enhanced their position as a market leader and a helped them to become a real force in the local market. <br/>
<br/>
As the company expands they are looking to grow there existing team with a number of key appointments. This includes recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor to perform procurement negotiation and managing packages on both the outer shell stage and the internal fit out. <br/>
<br/>
To apply you will have ideally been working for a main contractor on new build, fit out or refurbishment projects in excess of &pound;1M. Although preferred RICS accreditation is not essential. <br/>
